Mr. President came into office with perhaps higher expectation than even President Lincoln, but all throughout his term, his policies have either shown him standing in disinterest, failure to execute or complete contraposition to his prior commitments. His getting the Nobel Peace prize and then his decision to increase both military and financial expense in Afghanistan and Iraq puts this contradiction in the lime-light. His Af-Pak policy has been, with all due respect, a complete disaster as Al-Qaida, Tehreek-E-Taliban and Lakshar-E-Taiba have been wreaking havoc in the Indo-Af-Pak region, ever more since his Presidency.<br /><br />It comes to me as no-surprise when Mr. President has lost half of his popularity in his very first year in Office. His handling of the economic crisis, health-care facility and his naivety in handling the ironic "War on Terror" has been completely exposed naked in the scorching sun of truth.<br /><br />If he has to retain his reputation as a man of "Change" then he has to show the change.
